Natural History Museum

Evan ventured out with Mommy, Daddy, Grandma Liz and Grandpa Larry to the Natural History Museum at Balboa Park today. We started our adventure by watching a 3D film about the Egyptian mummies.  Even though there was a no eating rule in the theater, Evan was a little rebel, and nursed during the first 20 minutes of the film. He then got a bit fussy, so Mommy took him out of the theater, and walked around the Darwin exhibit, where we saw an awesome 20 year old iguana.

Once the film was over, we all explored the rest of the museum, including a nice showcase of nature photography from past and present, and an exhibit containing animals natural to California.  To end our adventure, we took a few photos by the fountain.  Then, into the car for a nap.  What a fun outing with Grandma and Grandpa!
